Refund & Returns Policy
1. Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Slim Coffee Booster. This Refund Policy sets out your rights and our obligations. Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or Directive 2011/83/EU (for EU customers) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Return period
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date you received the goods, without providing a reason. This applies to all customers regardless of location.
3. Conditions for return
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged, where possible.
- You must initiate the return within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase (order reference number) must be provided.
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been fully consumed or where the seal has been broken, except where the product is defective or not as described.
4. How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt:
- Email: hello@siftingsieve.world with subject "Return Request - [your order reference]"
- Include your name, contact number and reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address.
5. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 business days. For pay-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer or via the payment method used. We will contact you for refund details if required.
6. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplement products unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Statutory rights
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law - including rights to a remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or not as described - are not affected by this Policy.
